AEROBICS!!!

Hello fellow bloggers!! There is nothing better than getting a good workout after a long day of classes, work, kids, whatever it may be! As many of you know my mom LIVES by this rule! I have been helping my mom with her aerobics classes and have been bringing in new routines :)
All the routines are choreographed to fun upbeat music! It might be a little difficult at first, but I promise you will catch on after just a few classes!!
So if you are in need of a great fun workout that will kick your butt (usually burning between 700-900 calories an hour!), then come to Body Firm (cardio dance) every Monday and Wednesday from 5:45-6:45 pm at the University Gold's Gym and on Saturday Mornings at 9:15 at the 9th East Gold's Gym.
I really hope to see you there!!!

  • Going to church and learning :)
  • Coming home and crashing because you can't believe church is a whole 3 hours long!
  • Watching the PGA Tour (well, watching your husband watch the PGA tour while you blog cause lets be honest.. Golf is kinda boring)
  • 2 hour naps (even if you did absolutely NOTHING to be tired from today)
  • Dinner at the parentals house
  • Doing chores at your parents house (even though you don't even live there anymore)
  • Calling the ones you love down in Cali. Aka Jords Fam (this is a new tradish we are starting.. a phone call together to the wonderful Swarbrick Clan every Sunday)

**MaRrIeD**

AHHHHHH!!!!!! We are finally married!!!!!!!!!! Life has been so great this past month. Jordan and I got married in the Timpanogos Temple a little over 4 weeks ago on July 8, 2010. It was absolutely PERFECT! The day started out with me waking up around 6 to get my hair did ha. The one and only Kellie was nice enough to come to my casa and do my hair and makeup for me.

My amazing father woke up and made me and Jord breakfast.. the best egg sandwiches ever!! After getting all dolled up we left for the temple. It was the most incredible thing! Being married to the person you are suppose to be with at the right time and in the right place (like the temple) was the best, and only, way to do it. We had so many people there to support us and share there love. The best way to describe the entire day was just feeling so loved. Jordan and I felt loved by our families, our friends, (our parents friends who neither of us knew ha) and of course each other.
My side of the fam :)
We made it out of the temple and had such a great time seeing our family and friends there!!

( ps- we will be posting the professional pics later when we get them.. these are from everyones own cameras ha)

haha cute little Brody! I love this pic of him!

My amazing friends who were able to come to the temple. Steph, Kylee, and Maddie (who drove all the way from cali to be there!!)

Well we took a million other photos while we were there, (approx 2 more hours of photos in the freaking hot sun!! Luckily I did not pass out or throw up this time haha.. but they turned out amazing!) then we were off to our reception.
We want to thank everyone who came and supported us! We had such a fun time at our reception and felt like it was just a big party! We started out with taking a few pics, then headed up to stand in "the line" for a few hours. After that we did our cake cutting, bouquet toss, had our first dance and then the daddy daughter dance, and it was time to let loose and boggie on down on the dance floor!

Cake Cutting with my HUBBY!

All my brides maids and flower girls

bouquet toss! My cousin Kristin caught it :)

Getting down on the dance floor!!

Our first dance

daddy daughter dance.. and yes, everyone (including me) was crying

Our wedding went perfect. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We are glad we got to celebrate this amazing experience with all those that loved us! We hope you guys had fun!
